1. License

Non-commercial use of the article will be governed by the Creative Commons Attribution License as currently featured on the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International License.

2. Author's Guarantee

The author guarantees that the article is original, written by the author, has not been previously published, does not contain statements that violate the law, does not violate the rights of others, is subject to copyright held exclusively by the author and is free from any third party rights, and that any necessary written permission to quote from other sources has been obtained by the author.

3. User/Public Rights

The Journal of Environmental Sanitation will disseminate published articles as freely as possible. Under a Creative Commons license, Journal of Environmental Sanitation permits users to copy, distribute, display and perform the work for non-commercial purposes only. Users also need to link authors and the Journal of Environmental Sanitation in distributing works in journals and other publication media. Unless stated otherwise, authors are public entities as soon as their articles are published.

4. Author Rights

Authors retain all their rights to the published work, such as (but not limited to) the following rights:

Copyright and other proprietary rights related to the article, such as patents,
The right to use the substance of the article in one's own future work, including teaching materials and books,
The right to reproduce the article for own use,
The right to self-archive articles,

5. Co-Authorship

If the article is co-authored by more than one author, each author submitting the manuscript that he or she has been authorized by all co-authors to agree to this copyright and license notice (agreement) on their behalf, and agrees to notify the co-authors of the terms of the policy This. The Journal of Environmental Sanitation will publish the article (or publish it) in the journal if the article's editorial process is successfully completed. The name and email address entered on this journal website will be used exclusively for the purposes of this journal and will not be made available for any other purpose or to any other party.
However, due to advances and availability of hacking and data mining techniques discovered via the Internet, the Global Sanitation Journal will not be able to guarantee that other parties will not mine the email addresses of our users in any way that may be found via the Internet.
